Our Process
Here you will take a look at the steps involved in our recovery program. Your process may vary depending on your circumstances, and goals you'd like to achieve. We will respect your comfort and privacy, and can easily take an alternative approach to success. We are a casual team, dedicated to your individual journey and growth. Much like our residents, we continue to learn each and every day, and are excited for your Nexus Step!
Step 1
Assessment and Intake
A thorough assessment will be conducted to understand your individual needs and goals. We will discuss your past, what you hope to accomplish, and any mandatory steps that are expected of you. Through this assessment we will develop a personalized progress plan, set for your journey through Nexus. This assessment will then be evaluated for acceptance.
Step 2
Orientation
Once accepted, we will discuss a detailed orientation where you will be informed of our processes, expectations and general breakdown of the atmosphere we strive to maintain in our homes. You will be provided with a handbook, containing all information about living in a Nexus home. Finally an agreement will be signed, and you will be given your personal entry access to your new home.
Step 3
Integrating into the home
Day one will be a chance to tour the house, meet your new support system and a chance for us to get an understanding of your specific needs, goals and what you hope to accomplish while with us, and together we will design your custom plan for success. We understand that everyone is unique in their own way, and a traditional treatment approach may not be the best fit for everyone. We are a support team, not a staff, Our goal is to help you get to where you want to be, and that is our only motivation.
Step 4
Continue your treatment
With continued support, motivational coaching and introduction to a vast variety of resource's, we will begin to transform your routine into a productive path in which you will finally be able to accomplish the goals that you have set for your future. We want to insure that your potential becomes your progress and thus, progress becomes your priority.
Step 5
Aftercare and Support
Our support will not end with the completion of your stay with us. By this point we are family, and naturally we want to keep in touch and continue watching you flourish. Our line of communication will always be open, and e hope the same from you. our mission is not for you to complete a program, instead to help you to reach the most healthy and productive life that you can possibly achieve. Support has no expiration, we are here for the long haul. Rather inside or outside of our home's, you are still our family. there will never be an additional charge for aftercare. ya get it?
