Our Process

Take a look at the steps involved in our recovery program.
Step 1
Assessment and Intake
We conduct a thorough assessment to understand your needs and develop a personalized treatment plan.
Step 2
Orientation
Once approved you will go through a detailed orientation where you will be given a handbook containing everything you need to know about living in a Nexus Step home and a contract to sign.
Step 3
Integrating into the home
Day one will be a chance to tour the house, meet your new support system and a chance for us to get an understanding of your specific needs, goals and what you hope to accomplish.while with us, and together we will design your custom plan for success. We are a team, not a staff, Our goal is to help you get to where you want to be, and that is the only motivation.
Step 4
Continue your treatment
With continued support, life skills and good habits are intergrated into your new succecful lifestyle. You'll be given the resources to learn to navigate new carreer and networking oppurtunity's.

Aftercare and Support
We continue to deliver our ongoing resources and support, to ensure a healthy and independent lifestyle.
